Post-Purchase Care
Unless otherwise stated to you personally, we happily offer free polishing, resizing’s, prong re-tipping, and stone resetting, cost-free within the first 6 months of your purchase. We offer suggestions of insurance in our “Fine Jewelry Contract” which will be sent to your email for your signature upon purchase of a piece $1,000 or more.
All other issues outside of these are rare and uncommon, and thus there should not be any issues that occur. If you have a specific concern, we are happy to chat with you about it at wearinghopecrafts@gmail.com.
We always want our pieces to be perfect the first time for you. Due to each fine jewelry piece’s custom nature, we are not able to offer full refunds or returns on any piece outside of our fine jewelry selection (This is any piece over $100). Each piece is confirmed through an order with detailed descriptions, or through a CAD (digital design) before the piece is made custom for you. We want every single detail to be perfect for you, so please free feel to email us any time with any questions. We are here as a resource.
