Custom Fine Jewelry Process - Why Our Works

Our jewelry process is one that I pride myself in.

It’s a process we have worked out the kinks of over and over again. It’s one that makes our custom fine jewelry creation a breeze, and really exciting as well.

For the sake of my example, let’s talk about it in terms of engagement rings.

  1. When you reach out to us,

whether via DM, email, or through our contact form on our website,

we then text you for your inspo, timeline, and specific budget. The more details the better.

With these three things in mind, we are able to give you a quote for your engagement ring. We give you an outline of the ring, your stone quality, and every other little detail you may want.

Things that affect your quote more than you might think:

  • The metal selected. Each metal costs a different price. 14k Yellow Gold and 18k Yellow Gold have a few hundred dollar gap. If your budget allows for 18k, we will probably always suggest you choose the metal that will last better in color, longevity, and quality.

  • The stones selected. The size of your lab grown diamond doesn’t affect the price as much as you might think. While a natural diamond starts at around $10,000 per carat. This is because natural diamonds are incredibly rare and hold their value in a way lab grown diamonds never will. Lab grown diamonds are a great option for hardness and affordability, but reselling a lab diamond probably won’t be something you’ll be able to do.

2. Once we give you your quote (which we’ve nicknamed your “Product Agreement,” you can ask any questions you’d like. We can change metals, or stone size, or compare different designs and prices, etc.

3. Once you’re satisfied with the rough idea of your ring, you can then sign your product agreement.

4. From here, we’ll send your 50% deposit invoice to your email.

5. We then will CAD your design for you so you can see your ring in full before we make it. This is your oppurtunity to fine tune anything you might want.

Thicker band? Done.

Change the metal? Done.

Change the setting? Of course!

6. From here, we love to have the ring in your hands within 6-8 of that final step. We take it from here, casting your ring.

7. We source your stones or diamonds, set them, finish and polish your ring and it is complete.

8. Your package arrives to you with suggestions for insurance, an appraisal, a diamond certificate, and your engagement ring!

This process is one we have streamlined, one that works and is comfortable for everyone involved.

We can’t wait to work with you!
